Our course is ideal for all those who wish to have a first contact with the kayak in calm waters. It is a course suitable for all audiences. No previous experience is needed and it does not require physical conditions or special techniques.
In this 3-hour course you will learn the basics about kayaking, sailing in calm waters, the most effective paleo technique, how to board and disembark with ease and everything you need to Be able to kayak for free whenever you want. And all this in a fabulous environment and with the help of our team of professionals.
Contents of the course:
- Origins of kayaking and typology.
- Parts of the kayak and navigation equipment.
- How to properly regulate the kayak and paddling position.
- Embark and disembark correctly.
- Propulsion-paddling.
- Circular and stop paddling.
- Lateral shifts.
- Safety and rescue.

The kayaking course is suitable for everyone , no previous experience is necessary as it is a sport that does not require exceptional physical and technical conditions. Minimum age: 14 years. Everybody under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Swimsuit, food and water (2l/person), sunscreen, footwear that can get wet, replacement clothes and support in case of wearing glasses.
Price: €65/person (minimum 2 people)
The price includes the certified instructor during the 3h of course, the technical material (kayak, shovel, armilla, bathtub covers, waterproof bag …), insurance and the rental of the material for the whole day (up to 5h extra to go at your will).
